HOW DO YOU SEND ORDERS?
In France, we offer several shipping methods:
With Mondial Relay (Delivery to the relay point closest to you): €4.00
With COLISSIMO (Delivery without signature): €8.00
With COLISSIMO (Guaranteed delivery with signature): €12.00
With CHRONO RELAIS (Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours to a Chrono Relais point near you): €12.00
With CHRONOPOST (Delivery guaranteed within 24 hours after dispatch): €20.00

Paris :
Thanks to our exclusive service “LA MOME DELIBIJOO”, we offer a courier service in Paris Intramuros with same-day delivery: €10.00

For Europe:
Delivery is free in Europe for purchases over €150.00. Take advantage!
With Mondial Relay (Delivery to the relay point closest to you): €6.00
With COLISSIMO (Delivery without signature estimated in 5 days): €15.00
With DHL (Delivery with signature guaranteed within 24 hours): €20.00

For the rest of the world:
DHL – with signature (Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours): between €25.00 and €35.00

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCOUNTED?
After confirming your order and making secure payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the order reference.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AND WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED:
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your shipment, which you can check as you go to find out where your order is.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY JEWELRY?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your jewelry to us if it is not personalized, unworn, in its original packaging.
To do this, you must send us an email to: contact@lamomebijou.paris
After receiving your product, we will confirm the refund via the payment method you selected when placing your order, once the usual checks have been carried out. The shipping costs paid for the delivery of your order will be deducted from the refund.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
We do not cover shipping costs incurred for the return of items (whether an exchange or a refund).

DOES YOUR JEWELRY COME WITH A WARRANTY? DO YOU HAVE AFTER-SALES SERVICE?
Our jewelry is guaranteed for six months.
In the rare event of a problem with your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@lamomebijou.paris and we will do our best to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Either by exchanging or repairing.

CAN I CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY BRACELET?
All our bracelets are adjustable and you can indicate your bracelet size when selecting your bracelet.
You just take a piece of thread and put it around your wrist and then measure it.
We offer 4 sizes:
X-SMALL: 10 – 14 cm
SMALL: 14 – 15 cm
MEDIUM: 15 – 17 cm (default size if no size is indicated on your order)
WIDE: 17 – 19 cm

You can also tell us your size in the comments field found in each product sheet.

IS YOUR JEWELRY CUSTOMIZABLE?
The vast majority of our jewelry is customizable.
You can at least choose the color of the bracelets but also engrave your own message or symbol on some of our medals.

ARE YOUR CORDS STRONG?
Our cords (made in France) are made of polyester. They are very durable, and the colors remain bright and vibrant for a very long time. They do not fray, and they are very unlikely to break. If this should happen, they are guaranteed for life, and we offer you the option of replacing them.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY BRACELET LINK?
We offer you the possibility of changing the link(s) as many times as you want for free on the vast majority of our bracelets!
We still have to charge you for the OUTWARD and RETURN shipping costs.

HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY?
The vast majority of our jewelry is 100% waterproof and very water resistant.
To preserve the shine of your jewelry, it is best to avoid direct contact with perfume. Perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, lemon, and other acids are the enemies of jewelry. It is therefore advisable to apply makeup and perfume before wearing your jewelry.
We recommend that you regularly clean your jewelry with soapy water (Marseille soap), then rinse it thoroughly with clean water. You can use a soft brush and warm soapy water to remove accumulated deposits (salt water, chlorine, sunscreen). Then rinse it with fresh water and dry it thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth.

IS THE WEBSITE www.lamomebijou.paris SECURE?
Yes. The transmission of information on our site takes place in a secure environment, using current Internet protocols. Payment card numbers are not stored on the website www.lamomebijou.paris but on the secure website of our banking institution.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
You can use the website www.lamomebijou.paris without submitting any personal information. However, when you open an account on our website, we collect the data necessary for billing and delivery of your order: your name, address, email address, etc. The website www.lamomebijou.paris undertakes to only disclose your contact information to third parties involved in the execution of your order process: banking establishment, delivery service, etc. We will only disclose personal data in the event that we are legally required to do so, following the filing of a complaint for example.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay for your purchases by credit or debit card: you must provide your credit or debit card number and its expiration date on the dedicated page. You can also pay for your purchases securely via PayPal.
